1. You will receive SMS in regards to our packages/services details, changes and promotional messages .

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 2-3 messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

By participating in the Program Broker/Agent agrees to:
a) Services and solution: Brokers and agents are responsible for helping referrals/leads with buying and selling properties to the best of their knowledge. They must act in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations set forth by the government, state, and local authorities. They must also adhere to all principles of practice and code of ethics established by their affiliation with any broker or professional organization.

b) Licensing agreement: Brokers and agents must inform V-Leads promptly of any changes to their licensing status. This includes any updates to their license or any disciplinary action taken against them. This information must be conveyed within ten (10) business days of the change.

c) Referral report: Brokers and agents must report the exact status of all acknowledged referrals in a way consistent with the requirements outlined in the acknowledgment. This information must be provided upon request by V-Leads. The goal of the acknowledgment is to ensure that good leads are not wasted.


a) Referral Fees: The Broker/Agent agrees to pay V-Leads 15% of the Gross Commission for any real estate transactions (buying, selling, or renting) through the Referrals during the Referral Coverage period/time.

b) Subscription Fee: The Broker/Agent agrees to join the V-Leads Network by paying a one-time, non-refundable subscription fee of $375 for standard package to gain access to Exclusive Leads, Marketing, and a CRM for improved client relationship management. However, this subscription fee will be reimbursed to the Broker/Agent upon the closing of the first deal through the referral system. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the first transaction closed through the referral system.

c) Payment remittance: The Broker agrees to pay all Referral Fees within (30) days of the transaction closing, payable to V-Leads.

d) Guarantee: V-Leads prioritises quality over quantity, which is why we do not provide a guarantee on the number of leads provided to Brokers/Agents. Leads are distributed based on the geographic areas where the Brokers/Agents practice real estate. All leads will be sent to the Broker/Agent as they become available in the areas they selected when joining the network.

e) Reimbursement: Brokers/Agents can receive their subscription fee back on the first closing that they do from the lead provided by V-Leads, or they can get a full refund if they don’t earn within 3 months with our assistance. However, if the Brokers/Agents receive quality leads and do not close the deals, they cannot request a refund.

f) No response: In case of no response upon contacting the Brokers/Agents within 48 hours of registration, V-Leads would suspend their services until Broker/Agent verify their account from Support manager.
