Terms of Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between V-Leads Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the "Client" on the date of signing.

Scope of Services

The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.

Payment Terms

The Client shall pay an upfront sign-up fee based on the selected package (Silver Plan: $499, Gold Plan: $999, or Platinum Plan: $1,499) upon signing this Agreement.

If the Company fails to provide the minimum average number of referrals as specified under the Lead Delivery section, the sign-up fee will be refunded to the Client's account.

Referral Fees

Silver Plan: The Client agrees to pay V-Leads Services 20% of the Net Commission for any real estate transactions (buying or selling) resulting from the leads during the Marketing Coverage period.
Gold Plan: The Client agrees to pay V-Leads Services 15% of the Net Commission for any real estate transactions (buying or selling) resulting from the leads during the Marketing Coverage period.
Platinum Plan: The Client agrees to pay V-Leads Services 10% of the Net Commission for any real estate transactions (buying or selling) resulting from the leads during the Marketing Coverage period.

The sign-up fee will be reimbursed to the Client's account after the first successful closing.

Lead Delivery

The Company will deliver the first lead within 2 weeks from the date of signing this Agreement.

The Company will deliver an average of referrals per month as follows:

Silver Plan: 2 to 3 referrals per month over a 90-day period.
Gold Plan: 3 to 4 referrals per month over a 180-day period.
Platinum Plan: 3 to 4 referrals per month over a 365-day period.

Agreement Duration

The Client shall not terminate, put charge-back, or dispute this Agreement before the completion of the specified period, except in the case of unsuccessful delivery of leads as specified in the Lead Delivery section. In such cases, the money will be refunded to the Client's account within a month.

Silver Plan: 90 days
Gold Plan: 180 days
Platinum Plan: 365 days

This Agreement is valid for the duration of the selected package from the date of signing.

Additional Services

Any additional services or package upgrades must adhere to the same payment terms as outlined in this Agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, in accordance with the terms stated in a separate Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement, if applicable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusives of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
