Platinum Plan Agreement

Scope of Services:
The Company agrees to provide lead generation services to the Client, aiming to deliver qualified and interested leads in the real estate industry.

Payment Terms:
1- The Client shall pay a refundable sign-up fee of $1500 upfront upon signing this Agreement.
2- In the event that the Company fails to provide 27 leads as specified in lead Delivery, the sign-up fee will be refunded back into the client account.
3- Referrals Fees: Broker/Agent consents to pay V Leads Services 10% of the Net Commission for any Real Estate transactions (buying, selling or renting) through the leads during the Marketing Coverage period/time.

Lead Delivery:
1- The Company will deliver the first lead within a month from the date of signing this agreement.
2- The Company will deliver 27 leads over a period of 365 days

Client Responsibilities
1- The Client is responsible for timely follow-up and engagement with each lead.
2- The Client must maintain active communication with the Company and provide feedback on lead quality.

Agreement Duration:
1- The Client shall not terminate/put charge-back/ dispute against this Agreement for at least 120 days, except in case of unsuccessful delivery of leads as specified in (Lead Delivery) the money will be refunded back into the clients account within a month.
2- This agreement is valid upto 365 days from the date of signing this agreement.

Support & Additional Services:
1- Dedicated Support: 10 hours of support during the service period.
2- Additional Services: Includes scheduled appointments, a dedicated account manager, live transfers in real-time, Lead Recording, Daily Reporting, and lead tracking via Google Spreadsheet.
3- Limitations: No property media or SMS/WhatsApp support.
4. V-Leads Services will observe all national public holidays in the United States, including but not limited to New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. On these holidays, support and services may be delayed or paused. Any agreed-upon timelines will be adjusted accordingly. Urgent assistance requests during these holidays will be addressed on the next business day unless otherwise agreed upon.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement. Neither party shall disclose this information to any third party without the written consent of the other party.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any
prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
